Mindfulness allows us to become more reflective versus reactive. It helps us observe our thoughts from an “outsider’s” viewpoint, building resilience to how we respond to negative thoughts. By practicing mindfulness we can help reduce stress, decrease levels of anxiety and rumination, increase focus, reduce inflammation in the body and increase creativity.
